Welcome to the Glacier Academy - a home for international athletes looking to grow, compete, and experience elite-level coaching in some of Switzerland's most breathtaking locations.
Glacier Academy brings elite hockey skills and professional coaching together with character development - in inspiring high-altitude locations where players grow on the ice, off the ice, and as people.
Glacier Hockey Academy runs multiple elite camps across the year from our base in Switzerland. Each camp blends high-performance training with holistic development in a world-class Alpine environment.
Our programme is led by certified coaches and former pros, with PEP – Power Edge Pro integrated in some camps. Expect modern edgework, Reactive Countering Training™ principles, and progressive skill development on and off the ice.
Players benefit from advanced on-ice instruction, off-ice conditioning, tactical education, and mental preparation. The international environment fosters camaraderie, growth, and exposure to pathways in Europe and North America.

What started as a passion project has evolved into a patented and trademarked system, now recognized worldwide for pushing the boundaries of player development. In the past 5 years, the founders of PEP - Joe and Nick Quinn, have graduated more players to the NHL than any other skills coaches in the world.

Summer Camps 2026
After the success of our camps (ice hockey) in Switzerland, we are proud to announce our next 3 camps with early registration now open!
Two ice trainings per day. One off-ice training per day. Theory room work. Experience stories. Comrade. Learning to communicate, work with people, new groups. New skills, new experiences, new friends. One hike per camp. One special event per camp. Alps all around.
High level coaching from NHL coaches, Swiss, Latvian, USA and Canadian national team coaches. Visits from pro hockey players from Swiss National League, ex NHL stars, and other.
Programme made to ensure that each level, each age group develops skill to a better level, develops as sports person and as a human.
On top of that PEP development system included with PEP licensed coaches. Read more
